My sessions are rooted in compassion, embodied experience, and a strong yogic foundation.
Together, we explore how to rest deeply, move mindfully, and bridge the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of being.

When you return to harmony within, you ripple that peace outward, into your relationships, your community, and the living web of all life.

All practices are guided with somatic movement woven in, to ground, embody, and enliven your meditative experience.
