The Sanskrit word ऋतं (Ritam) appears in the sacred hymns of the Vedas and it is another name for the rhythm of the natural world. Ritam is the living, breathing intelligence that guides all of creation. It’s in the waxing moon, the waves of emotion, the changing breath, and the beat of your heart. When we realign with this rhythm, we don’t just feel better, we become more ourselves.

What is Sampoorna?

Sampoorna means whole or complete. A reflection of the inner harmony we cultivate when we reconnect with ourselves and the greater rhythms of nature. It’s more than just a method or a modality. It is a way of coming home to yourself. Most wellness approaches focus on one aspect of us, body, mind, or heart. But true harmony arises when all parts of us: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, are nourished together.

This offering weaves together the timeless wisdom of yoga, the creative joy of art, and the expansive stillness of mindfulness. It’s ideal for those over 30 experiencing burnout, fatigue, stress, or disconnection and are ready to experience holistic wellness.

Drawing from over two decades of spiritual practice and teaching, this offering is a heartfelt integration of everything that has supported my return to balance: breath, movement, creativity, and deep rest.

Signature Practice: BioRitam Reset Pranayama

As part of Sampoorna, I offer BioRitam Reset Pranayama – a gentle, accessible breathwork sequence born from my own healing journey through a prolonged phase of chronic nervous system dysregulation. It helped me restore my inner rhythm and reconnect with my purpose. This practice serves as a reset button for the whole being, calming the mind, grounding the emotions, regulating the nervous system and attuning the breath to the wisdom of nature.

At its essence, BioRitam is a quiet invitation to realign, remember, and return to your natural flow, because you too are nature.

My Mission

My mission through Sampoorna is to help people feel whole again. To support others in reconnecting with their natural rhythm, experiencing ease within, and restoring harmony without. A world in which more people live in tune with themselves is a world that can live in peace, with each other, with nature, and with all life.

In these sessions, I guide not as an expert, but as a fellow seeker and co-creator.
