Hi, I’m Mira. I am a spiritual artist specializing in sacred geometry, a yoga and meditation teacher, and the creator of Sampoorna: A Journey to Wholeness, that offers a gentle, integrative approach to holistic healing and wellness. My work weaves together the practices that have supported me through my own journey: breath, movement, meditation, sacred geometry, journaling, and deep rest.

My journey didn’t begin in a formal studio or college, but during a time of deep personal upheaval. I turned to geometric drawing as a form of escape and silent prayer; a way to make sense of inner chaos and find moments of harmony. These early geometric shapes, which I later learned to call mandalas, became the seeds of my art practice and eventually led me toward my spiritual path. Over time, my explorations have deepened, naturally expanding into the realms of sacred geometry, yantras, and meditative art rooted in ancient wisdom traditions.
Parallel to this, I immersed myself in yogic studies, completing formal teacher training programs and learning from beloved mentors and at the feet of my Guruma. My journey deepened through practices like pranayama, yoga nidra, meditation, somatic movement, and self-inquiry, alongside a sustained exploration of the nature of the mind. I also engaged with alternative therapies such as Reflexology, Energy Healing, Rebirthing Breathwork, Access Consciousness, and Reiki. Each layer of practice added a new thread to the tapestry of my work, and together, they now form the heart of what I offer today.
In a world that often rushes past the quiet truths of our being, I believe wholeness is a radical act. It begins when we pause and listen to our inner rhythm as it aligns with nature’s own.
Sampoorna: The Path to Integrated Wellness
It brings me joy to introduce you to Sampoorna – a lovingly curated offering that brings together my favorite practices for the body, mind, and spirit in one nourishing space.
Blending wellness, creativity, and inner inquiry, this is an invitation to embark on a holistic journey of self-care, healing, and soulful integration guided by presence, ritual, and compassion.

Sampoorna means whole or complete. Drawing from over two decades of spiritual practice and teaching, I bring you this offering which is a heartfelt integration of everything that has supported my return to balance: breath, movement, creativity, and deep rest. For me, it represents not just a wellness program, but a homecoming, a return to center, to rhythm, to nature. This offering weaves together the timeless wisdom of yoga, the creativity of spiritual art, and the nourishment of deep rest and reconnection.
Who is it for? I have designed this program especially for those over 30 who may be experiencing burnout, stress, or disconnection and are seeking a holistic, sustainable way to feel well again.
At the core of Sampoorna is my signature practice: BioRitam Reset Pranayama. Inspired by the Vedic concept of Ritam : the sacred cosmic rhythm. This gentle breathwork sequence emerged from my own recovery during a phase of nervous system dysregulation. It helped me realign with my breath, my purpose, and the pulse of life itself. I now offer it as a healing anchor for others: a quiet invitation to remember that you, too, are nature. Through one-on-one sessions, group circles, workshops, and retreats, Sampoorna offers a space to pause, breathe, move, and rediscover the inner harmony that’s always been there, patiently waiting.
My Mission
My mission is simple and sacred:
To help people feel whole again. To support others in remembering their natural rhythm and experiencing peace within, so that inner harmony can extend outward to our communities, the Earth, and all the beings we share this life with.
I do not guide as an expert, but as a fellow traveler and co-creator. I offer these practices with reverence, playfulness, and presence, holding space for you to pause, rest, soften, express, and return to yourself.

A Note of Love and Gratitude
To those who’ve walked this journey with me, my beloved family, teachers, mentors, friends, students, clients, patrons and fellow seekers … thank you.
And to you, reading this now: I’m so glad you’re here. I hope this space supports you, inspires you, and reminds you that you are already whole.
With love and a grateful heart,
Mira 🌿
