General Policy
All purchases are non-refundable.
However, store credit may be issued under certain conditions, depending on the type of offering.
Workshops & Group Events
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive store credit for the amount paid.
- This credit can be applied toward another workshop or product of equal or lesser value, based on availability.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session or no-shows are not eligible for store credit or refunds.
1:1 Sessions
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for rescheduling or store credit.
- Missed sessions or cancellations made within 24 hours are considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
Digital Downloads
All purchases of digital products (e.g. e-books, PDFs, recordings) are final and non-refundable, due to the nature of instant access. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
Products (Physical or Shipped Items)
- No refunds are offered once a purchase is made.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence to discuss a replacement or store credit.
